A new gourmet food truck is rolling around Downtown Memphis.
Launched in October on the heels of the national food truck craze, Revival Southern Food Co. was designed to offer meals prepared fresh daily with local ingredients and at a reasonable price.
Owners Crash and Adam rely on influences from New Orleans, Charleston, and other regions across the “deep-south” to bring unique culinary experiences to the streets of Memphis.
The menu includes soups, sliders, tacos, blue plate specials, sides and desserts – one of which is The Elvis Cannoli, made up of a peanut-butter banana mascarpone filled shell dipped in dark chocolate.
Check out Revival’s Facebook and Twitter pages for daily updates on where to find the food truck. It was parked at the corner of Second Street and Court Avenue Tuesday, Dec. 13, near Fuel Cafe‘s spot at The Barking Lot at Jefferson Avenue and Main Street.
