“Chef Jenn,” otherwise known as Memphis chef Jennifer McCullough, won in her appearance this weekend on the Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen.”
She made her national television debut on the program April 27 for an episode titled “The Rice Stuff.”
“Cutthroat Kitchen” is a reality show that pits four chefs against each other in timed, creative competitions, and Chef Jenn’s episode was filmed earlier this year. As it turns out, the episode aired around the time her new line of Chef Jenn cakes – crab, shrimp, salmon and more – is set to arrive in regional stores.
She launched her Chef Jenn line of frozen seafood products last fall, and they’re available in Kroger stores around the Memphis area.
According to her Facebook page, she attended The Cooking School of the Rockies in Boulder, where she was trained in classical French cuisine. Part of her studies were conducted in France, where she worked in a local boulangerie under the direction of a master baker.
